Lift check valves use the flow of the medium to open and close automatically, which prevents backflow in a pipeline.
Specific Applications
Lift check valves handle pressures from PN1.6 to 75.6 MPa (Class 150 to 4500) and temperatures from -196°C to 550°C, with sizes from DN15 to DN200. They are used in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, and power plants for water, steam, oil, acids, and other clean media where reliable sealing matters.
Key Features
Reliable Automatic Backflow Prevention – the lift check valve's disc moves vertically along the body centerline. Forward flow lifts the disc off the seat; when flow stops or reverses, the disc drops by its own weight and back pressure for a tight seal. No external controls needed.
Industrial‑Grade Performance – Rated Class 150 to 4500 (PN1.6 to 75.6 MPa), -196°C to 550°C, sizes DN15 to DN200. Ideal for industrial lift check valves in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, and power plants – handling water, steam, oil, acids, and other clean media.
Piston Check Valve Precision – For lift check valves, our piston check valve design ensures smooth, chatter‑free disc movement. The disc and seat are hardfaced with iron‑based alloy or Stellite for wear and corrosion resistance. The stem is nitrided for extended life.
Two Configurations for Any Piping – Horizontal lift (disc moves vertically on horizontal pipes) and vertical lift (flow upward on vertical pipes). Choose the best fit for your system.
Tested & Customizable – Body materials: carbon steel, stainless steel (F304, F316L), or alloy steel (F11, F22). End connections: flanged, threaded, or welded to DIN, ANSI, JIS, or BS. Special cleaning or non‑destructive testing available per order.
