Y Pattern Check Valve

Y‑pattern check valves are automatic valves that prevent backflow. The seat face is usually set at a 45‑degree angle to the flow centerline, which gives a much straighter flow path and lower resistance than what you get with a conventional straight‑pattern check valve.

Y‑pattern check valves are suitable for petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgical, and pharmaceutical plants, where they handle water, steam, oil, natural gas, and various acids.

Wide Pressure & Temperature Range – Rated Class 150 to 4500, -196°C to 550°C, sizes DN15 to DN200. Handles water, steam, oil, natural gas, and various acids with reliability.
Stellite‑Hardfaced Sealing & Self‑Sealing Bonnet – Sealing faces are Stellite‑hardfaced for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Bonnet uses a pressure‑self‑sealing design for this Y‑pattern check valve – tighter as pressure increases.
Lift & Swing Types Available – Choose lift type (optional spring‑assisted for low‑pressure or vibrating services) or swing type. Our Y-pattern check valves adapt to your specific application.
Tested & Customizable – Body materials: A105N, F304, F316, F11, or F22. End connections: flanged, threaded, or welded to DIN, ANSI, JIS, or BS. Springs, buffer devices, or special cleaning are available per order.
