Metal Hard Sealed Ball Valves are shut-off valve that uses a metal-to-metal sealing design. The ball rotates 90 degrees to open or close, so operation takes only a quarter turn.

Key Features
True Metal‑to‑Metal Hard Seal – Ball and seat hardfaced (HVOF, plasma welding, laser cladding) with nickel‑based, cobalt‑based alloys, or tungsten carbide. Hardness HRC 55–70, layer thickness 0.5–3.0 mm. Our metal hard-sealed ball valves deliver zero leakage (Class V) (as hard-sealed ball valves) in abrasive, high‑temperature, and corrosive services.
Industrial Grade for Extreme Conditions – Rated up to 650°C and Class 150–2500.
Fixed & Floating Designs – As a hard-sealed ball valve, choose a fixed hard-seal ball valve (trunnion‑mounted for high pressure / large diameters) or a floating hard-seal ball valve (for smaller sizes / medium pressures). Spring‑loaded or rigid seat options available.
Quarter‑Turn Operation with Safety Features – 90° rotation for fast open/close. An anti-static device prevents spark buildup. Fire‑safe construction standard.
Fully Customizable & Tested – Body in carbon steel or stainless steel. End connections: flanged, threaded, or welded to DIN, ANSI, JIS, or BS. Factory testing (high‑pressure, gas‑tight, leak detection) available per order.
