Soft Seated Ball Valve

Soft-seated ball valves use a non-metallic material like PTFE or PEEK for the sealing surfaces. The ball rotates 90 degrees to open or close, moving from fully open to fully closed with just a quarter turn. 
Specific Applications
Soft-seated ball valves handle natural gas, petrochemicals, oil storage and transport, refining, and viscous media. They also work with acids, alkalis, low-temperature fluids, and media with light particles. Other common uses include HVAC circulation, water treatment, food and pharmaceutical lines, and general industrial fluid systems.

Our soft-seated ball valves deliver zero leakage (as soft-seated ball valves) – ideal for natural gas, petrochemicals, oil storage, refining, viscous media, acids, alkalis, low‑temperature fluids, and media with light particles.
Floating & Fixed Designs Available – Floating soft-seal ball valve for smaller sizes and medium pressures; fixed soft-seal ball valve (trunnion‑mounted) for high pressure and large diameters. Choose the right configuration for your system.
Enhanced Combined Seal Seat – Polymer ring with V‑shaped metal energizer improves reliability, cuts torque by ~25%, and doubles service life. Quarter‑turn operation (0° to 90°) for fast open/close.
Wide Temperature Range – Depending on the seal material, from -196°C up to 250°C. This soft-seated ball valve handles these temperatures. Bodies in carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, or alloy. Sizes DN15–DN600 (special sizes on request).
Tested & Customizable – End connections: flanged, threaded, or welded to DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS, or GB. High‑pressure, gas tightness, and seat sealing tests available before shipment.
