Cryogenic Gate Valve

Cryogenic gate valves are shut-off valves built for media at -46°C and lower. Its long bonnet lifts the packing away from the cold zone, keeping the packing temperature above 0°C so it won’t freeze, and also protects operators from frostbite. 
Specific Applications
Common materials include LF2, LF3, F304, and F316L, which stay tough at low temperatures. Cryogenic gate valves are used in LNG, LPG, and liquid ethylene pipelines, air separation units, and cryogenic storage at temperatures down to -196°C, with pressure ratings from PN16 to PN420.

On‑Off Service Only – Not for throttling. Operate smoothly without extension levers or impact. Our valves are pressure-tested, seat-leak-tested, and visually inspected before shipment.
Flexible Connections & Standards – Choose flanged, threaded, or welded ends. Compliant with DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS, or GB. Special sizes available on request.
