Self-Sealing Gate Valve

Self-sealing gate valves use the pressure of the line media itself to create a tighter seal. The higher the internal pressure, the tighter the closure. This design pushes the disc against the seat as pressure rises.

Self-sealing gate valves are commonly found in thermal power plants, petrochemical plants, high‑temperature and high‑pressure steam lines, and other severe services where reliable shut‑off is critical.

This Self-Sealing Gate Valve uses the media’s own pressure to energize the bonnet seal ring and push the disc against the seat – eliminating external leakage. Ideal for high‑pressure steam, thermal power, and petrochemical plants.
Built for Extreme Conditions – Available in WCB, forged/cast steel (A105, F22, F11, F91, F304, F316L). Engineered for oilfield, refinery, and high‑temperature applications. As a true Self-Sealing Gate Valve, its wedge‑type flexible or double disc compensates for thermal deformation to prevent sticking.
Reliable Shut‑Off & Thermal Relief – Designed for fully open or fully closed operation (no throttling). After full operation, turn the handwheel back half a turn to relieve thermal stress on the stem – extending valve life.
Multiple End Connections & Standards – Choose flanged, butt-welded, or threaded ends. Compliant with DIN, ANSI, JIS, BS, or GB. Every valve is pressure-tested, seat-tested, and visually inspected before shipment.
