Socket-weld globe valves feature a forged steel body with socket-weld ends at both ends, providing a secure and durable connection for high-pressure piping systems. You insert the pipe into the socket and weld around the joint. This creates a strong, leak‑free connection.

Heavy-Duty Socket Weld Connection – Precision-machined socket ends on both sides. Insert pipe and weld – creates a strong, permanent, leak-free joint. This Socket Weld Globe Valve design helps provide reliable sealing in high-pressure piping systems.
Forged Steel Strength – Body in A105, F304, or F316 – dense and strong. Handles pressures from PN16 to PN420 and temperatures from -29°C up to 550°C. Perfect for petrochemical plants, refineries, steam lines, instrument tubing, sampling lines, and tracing lines.
Versatile Globe Valve Function – Disc moves up/down along the seat axis. Stem pressure forces the disc tightly against the seat for positive shut-off. Suitable for both isolation and moderate throttling, making the Socket Weld Globe Valve a practical choice for process control applications.
Wear & Corrosion Resistant Sealing – Sealing face hardfaced with cobalt-based alloy (Stellite) or PTFE. Stem is heat-treated and nitrided for galling resistance. Long service life in demanding media.
